Who is responsible
ИП KUNAI, a sole proprietorship, is responsible for the details you give with an order on kri.kz (KÜNAI Research Institute).
What we receive
When you place an order: your name, phone, city and delivery address, for Almaty the delivery day and time, and what you ordered.
To block spam, the order system keeps a coded trace of your IP address, not the address itself, for 24 hours.
Why
Only to confirm your order, contact you and deliver it. We never use your details for advertising and never sell them.
Where they are kept
- In our order system. Its database is on a server in Japan (Supabase); the system itself and this site run on Vercel (USA).
- Our managers receive the order in Telegram.
- We talk to you about the order on WhatsApp.
How long we keep them
We keep your name, phone and address for one year after the order, then delete them.
See, correct or delete your details
Message us on WhatsApp: +7 707 204 83 25. We will tell you what details we hold, and correct or delete them.
Site visits
The site counts visits anonymously and without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics). Your cart is kept only in your browser.
